The Key Ingredient

Yondu Vegetable Umami Sauce

Yondu is Sempio's plant-based vegetable umami sauce — naturally fermented and made from soybeans. A few drops add rich, savory depth to any dish without overpowering it.

Will the session be recorded?

This session will be recorded for internal use. If a recording is made available after the event, it will feature the instructor only. Participant video and audio will not be included. We will share an update with registered participants closer to the date.

Can I join if I don't have all the ingredients?

Absolutely. You're welcome to watch and cook along later at your own pace. The full ingredient list and recipe will be shared with all registered participants.

Can I substitute ingredients?

Yes. Simple substitutions are fine, and our instructor will share flexible tips during the class. If you can't find gimbap seaweed, standard sushi nori works well.

Do I need cooking experience?

Not at all. This class is designed to be completely beginner-friendly, with step-by-step guidance throughout.

Is this class really free?
