Yondu Vegetable Umami Sauce

Yondu is an organic, plant-based umami sauce naturally fermented from soybeans and vegetables. In this class, we’ll use it to season vegetables and add savory depth to bibimbap.

Gochujang Korean Chili Paste

Gochujang is a sweet-spicy fermented Korean chili paste that brings depth, gentle heat, and subtle sweetness. We’ll use it to make a flavorful bibimbap sauce with Yondu.

Will the session be recorded?

This session will be recorded for internal use. If a recording is made available after the event, it will feature the instructor only. Participant video and audio will not be included. We will share an update with registered participants closer to the date.

Can I join if I don't have all the ingredients?

Absolutely. You're welcome to watch and cook along later at your own pace. The full ingredient list and recipe will be shared with all registered participants.

Can I substitute ingredients?

Yes. Simple substitutions are fine, and our instructor will share flexible tips during the class.

Do I need cooking experience?

Not at all. This class is designed to be beginner-friendly, with step-by-step guidance throughout.

Is this class really free?

Yes — this class is completely free. Just register and join us live on Zoom.

The class runs on Zoom. You'll need the free Zoom app installed on your computer, tablet, or phone. A link will be provided to download Zoom if you don't already have it.
